Wendi Williams

I focus on the therapeutic aspects of massage, striving to facilitate positive change in a variety of clients, especially active and athletic people. I enjoy assisting clients to achieve and exceed their individual strength, fitness, and health ambitions by creating an encouraging and motivating environment for self improvement. 

My areas of specialty include Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports massage, Aromatherapy Lymphatic massage, Prenatal, Reflexology, and Swedish Relaxation massage. I am trained in postural analysis and correction, muscle testing, muscle stripping, as well as formulating a plan with my clients to facilitate their progress and achieve their individual goals. I am constantly continuing my education to augment my current skill set in order to continue to provide the best and most effective possible massage experience for my clients.

I have also completed Reiki I, II and ART training, with the accompaning certification. I plan to complete my Reiki Master training this October.

I endeavor to interact with every client with an acknowledgment that each is a unique individual, with a history and goals that are specific to themselves. I believe that humor has a place in lightening potentially difficult situations, but respectfully match my interaction style to that of my clients.
