Families need a tremendous amount of support during all stages of parenting and family life. I believe wellness is less about avoiding illness and more about discovering strength, resilience, and connection amidst the challenges that life presents. I empower families with a wide array of tools for weathering the storms of life and a shift in perspective about stress and wellbeing. We cannot wait for our culture to support us in these ways. We must discover what we need, and boldly create the wellness we desire for our families and our world.

I have close to 15 years of experience working closely with clients in my massage and bodywork practice. As a Registered Nurse and Integrative Nurse Coach I offer personalized care for women and families, especially during the prenatal and postnatal period.

As a momma myself, I have discovered that imperfections in this life are beautiful and can be the birthplace of growth and transformation.  My joy is supporting other women and families and I am honored to grow with you in your life journey.
