Cannaith Thomas

My name is Cannaith, and I am the owner of Table Touch Massage. I am currently completing my massage therapy training in Virginia and developing my work in holistic, therapeutic, and sports oriented bodywork.

I created this practice to offer calm, focused, and effective massage in a mobile setting. My work blends relaxation techniques with targeted therapeutic pressure to help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and support full body wellness. I pay close attention to breath, pacing, and pressure so that your nervous system can settle while your muscles release.

Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day, rather than a routine sequence. I value clear boundaries, ethical practice, and client trust. My intention is for every client to feel heard, respected, and physically more at ease by the end of their session.
