Sue's work is intuitive and energetic, yet deeply physical and grounded. The combination of Shiatsu and trigger point therapy is especially helpful for pain reduction and injury treatment. 

Sue has 19 years as a yoga instructor gives her  a deep understanding of how the body needs to align for ease and balance.
