I believe in a holistic and mindful way of life. I graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School with a focus in relaxation, aromatherapy, and spa massage modalities. I own a small shop called Healistics Massage and Mindfulness Shop in Johnston, Iowa.  My specialty is reflexology and meditative, relaxation, and aromatherapy massage. My favorite spa treatments are aromatic foot baths and scrubs, blending essential oil infused massage creams and herbal steams. My body work is grounded in back, neck, scalp, and foot work. I work with you, to find healing for headaches, stress, pain, and insomnia through massage and foot reflexology. Reiki energy work is about seeking balance, calmness, and smoothing and clearing energy that no longer serves you.
