I specialize in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, a technique working with the Central Nervous System (brain and spinal cord) helping to clear restrictions within your body to start the healing process. I believe we are a partnership in your healing. No matter what method I use, it is always gentle. In my office, therapeutic doesn't mean painful.
