Stacie Hughes

Hi my name is Stacie Hughes (Bermel).  I have been practicing massage since 2011 after graduating from The New York Institute of Massage. I really enjoy working with my clients to find a wellness plan through massage to decrease their pain and increase their energy and quality of life. I focus on the clients needs using therapeutic massage techniques to target specific areas of discomfort such as shoulder, neck, foot and low back pain. Incorporating this with relaxation techniques to help decrease stress and increase quality of sleep can be a great benefit for the client's body healing.
