Time flows through us in a river of experiences that influence our thoughts, emotions, and patterns of belief; the memory of which is stored in every cell of the body.  I am amazed and humbled to think that the work I do through massage is a vehicle that touches a person’s entire lifetime.  Whether it’s emotionally, mentally, or physically, my promise to you is to facilitate the creation of a new level of health.

As a dedicated student of life, I continually seek and explore various complementary approaches in the healing arts to bring balance to the mind and body.  My core training and certification in bodywork was received from the Baltimore School of Massage in October 2004.  I have supplemented my training with many additional workshops to advance and refine my skills.  I am nationally certified, PA licensed, CPR certified, and a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  With a BS degree in Physics and subsequent experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I understand the connection of the macroscopic world to the microscopic to the quantum level where all aspects of our experience meet. A 2012 graduate of the PA School of Spiritual Healing, I am a practitioner of energy therapy and am a Reiki Master/Teacher. I am here to help you on your journey of discovery and healing, inspiring you through personal attention and a mind-body approach.  I am dedicated to giving a high quality session, every time.
