E Komo Mai - As a passionate lomi lomi practitioner, I believe that healing starts by providing a safe and sacred space for you. Add my presence, conscious and experienced touch, my knowledge of anatomy and bodywork techniques for your healing experience - allowing you to connect your body, mind and spirit.

The therapeutic sessions focus on your health issues such as neck, shoulders, back and hip pain, migraines and headaches. For longer lasting results, I work listening to your body's unique needs using, among others, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and stretching techniques to release tension.
