30 years of working with the threshold of birth informs my bodywork practice. I specialize in supporting pregnancy and postpartum wellness and have also worked extensively with clients who are dealing with chronic illness or recurrent acute conditions and those moving through significant life changes.

We work together to address challenges...or simply to feel better, more grounded, more "here". Clients can expect a wholistic approach that incorporates physical support, nervous system regulation and emotional integration.
