Since becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2009, I thrive to provide a safe place for all of my clients. While every body is different, your massage sessions should also be customized to your own personal needs and goals. I love educating my clients in their anatomy, along with their massage therapy care. No question is too small, and is always validated. In fact, I encourage you to always voice your concerns when it comes to your massage therapy needs. I specialize in Deep tissue, but I can also perform swedish massage if that is your preference. As I will say in every session, if the pressure of your massage is too much or not enough, please communicate- as you are the one who is here for your massage experience. What truly keeps me motivated as a licensed massage therapist, is the smile my clients have as they leave my office. You never have to work a day of your life, if you truly enjoy your job.

I am now offering Trauma Touch Therapy to our community. When a person experiences a traumatic event in their life, it can create a disconnect from the brain and the body itself. With these sessions, the client is given a safe place to start feeling sensations again. Trauma Touch helps the client find healthy coping skills that they can utilize to help regulate in everyday life.
