My bodywork practice is client focused custom integrated massage therapy for wellness and relaxation. What does that mean? I take all the modalities that I have learned and decide which would be best for your therapeutic massage depending on your goals.

I have been practicing therapeutic massage for over 10 years. I have worked in a chiropractic office with injuries, I have worked with people who training for intense running and biking events, people who want to take advantage of all the wellness benefits massage has to offer including stress relief and people who want to receive massage for pure relaxation.

I allow time before and after your time on the table to check-in and check-out so you have full table time. This means that an hour massage is 60 (not 50) minutes. Hot packs and essential oils are an option with every table massage.  I only talk during a session to check in about the bodywork and pressure as needed. I look forward to seeing you!
