I have been in practice since 2003 specializing in sports, injury and therapeutic massage. Current modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Tmj/whiplash/headache, Lymphatic drainage.  As I work, I generally like to start slow to help you relax and limber up before going in to the deeper tissue work. I will provide you with silence and relaxing background music  during your session so that you may relax and let go.  My hope is that as I  facilitate relaxation, you will find the refreshed and re-energized state that follows in other areas of your life, and you will be living more fully, mindful of all the amazing experiences each moment manifests.  As I am currently working in a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation clinic I do a lot of sports massage and injury prevention focused work with spot treatment during 30 minute and 1 hour sessions. Ninety minute and 2 hour sessions are available for full body therapeutic massage with focused work for problem areas.
