Thank you for visiting my profile page. I am nationally board certified in Reflexology by the American Reflexology Certification Board and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master healing practitioner. Additionally, as a certified yoga teacher and former professional ballet dancer, I have a thorough practical knowledge of anatomy & kinesiology and how to address various acute injuries and chronic conditions. 

My training and certification in reflexology include the hands and feet and my training and certification in therapeutic massage include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Oncology,and Sports Massage.

Reflexology and Massage Therapy are two separate and distinct therapies.  Most massage therapists have had little training in reflexology are not nationally board certified in Reflexology and most reflexologists are not licensed massage therapists. As I am trained and certified in both, I am able when necessary to combine both of these practices to provide a comprehensive therapeutic session.

In addition to these two practices I offer touch and no-touch Reiki energy healing sessions.
