Ronda Crary

My lifelong career path has been dedicated to empowering people personally, educationally, and professionally to live with intention and to achieve one’s purpose. Where the mind goes, the energy flows, and thus so does our physical health! I am very conscious of what I put into my body, how it moves, as well as what I surround myself with, and how I spend my time and focus.  I am a licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher, and a Reiki II practitioner, and I integrate all three complementary care practices to treat, and to work with clients to facilitate the healing process and to support the mind, body and spirit. My own injuries and physical traumas led me to the massage table, and yoga mat. Craniosacral and Fascial release strategies were the most effective, and the least invasive! I am a Unite for HER provider of massage, Reiki and yoga. Unite for HER is a non-profit organization that provides complementary care to breast cancer patients in treatment and recovery.  I strive to meet clients where they are in their life and body, and support them in their goals to feel healthy and choosing of their life purpose.

In addition to my experience with the healing arts, I possess a Master's Degree in Counseling with 30 years experience in higher education and HR.   Currently, I am a member of the  Society for Oncology Massage, Yoga Alliance, and Association of  Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
