In 2013 while watching Dr. Oz there was a 15 minute segment on how to get out of pain in just 10 minutes per day by Sue Hitzmann, creator of The Melt Method, instantly Ronda knew that this is the training she was looking for, it was everything she believed in as a therapist. Off to Portland then Seattle for the training to be a Melt Method hand and foot instructor and full Melt Instructor.
