Decades of distance running is what brought me to understand the real value of Massage and Bodywork.
I'm a graduate of Healing Arts Institute and have been trained by some of the giants in our industry in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage.
I dont claim to know it all and I won't tell you "Oh yeah, I can fix that" as many have told me over the years, only to realize they occassionally could not. I love to research and if I'm not sure I have the answer - give me a few days leeway before our appointment and I'll research various methodologies and techniques to best address your particular ailment.
