Rhonda Mickelson

I look forward to assisting you in your journey toward better health. My own battle with chronic pain led me to alternative therapies, and now my personal goal is to help others find ways to cope, relax and regain strength and healing. I graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, Iowa with a rich background in Asian modalities and Clinical Sports and therapeutic massage techniques. Most recently I trained in Hawaii where I found traditional Lomi Lomi masterfully combines elements of many modalities I've studied into one practice. I believe strongly in the "spirit" part of the catch phrase "mind, body and spirit" and am here to help guide and support you as we work together in reconnecting and restoring. I also practice traditional Japanese Reiki, student of Phyllis Furumoto.
