About
At Earth & Sky Wellness, our mission is to provide compassionate, effective, and personalized medical massage that promotes healing, alleviates pain, and enhances overall wellness.
A native Long Islander Rae holds a BA in History from SUNY Stony Brook University and a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University. Graduating from the Institute for Holistic Health in 2024, she passed the New York State massage boards in 2025.
Rae has an interest in medical massage. Her favorite technique is cupping. She is a member of the New York State Society of Medical Massage Therapist, the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professions, and the American Massage Therapy Association.
Outside of massage Rae enjoys gardening and spending time with her dog.
