Neuromuscular Massage and Bodywork Therapist (my specialty), this includes (In my case) Pain pattern analysis, Trigger point release therapy, Myofascial release therapy, PNF technique, and Positional release technique.
Also continued education training in Reflexology, Pre and Pari-natal bodywork, Huna Energy work, Thai massage (Northern style), Shiatsu, Aromatherapy and more.
My initial certification training was done at the Center for Massage and Natural Health, in Asheville, NC. Since then, I have been continually learning, studying and researching different modalities of bodywork...with my focus of passion being NMT. I can not "heal" anyone, but, due to my education and experience, I can facilitate and guide people through the processes of self healing techniques. THIS I LOVE!!! Since November of 2012 I have been part of a "Center" with a team of amazing Alternative Healthcare Providers....My dream come true.
