Pauline Gyllenhammer

Pauline is a 1999 graduate of Health Choices Holistic Massage School and is a NJ state licensed massage therapist. Pauline provides therapeutic massage therapy, tailored to meet the client’s individual needs.

She is trained in the following modalities: Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Trager, Reflexology, Sports, Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, Pre-Natal and the John Barnes method of Myofascial Release.

Pauline is also a 2008 graduate of the Devalila Yoga teacher training program and a member of the Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and embarked on the path of teaching to deepen her practice and share her love of yoga with others. Her style of yoga blends both the physical and spiritual, while maintaining an element of playfulness. Her classes have been described as energetic, upbeat and peaceful, leaving the student feeling centered, present and energized. She draws her inspiration from her teacher, Stefani Pappas, and is also influenced by the Vinyasa styles of Shiva Rea and Sadie Nardini.
