Please feel free to call me by my nickname ~ Tia, if you'd prefer. 

I received training at East West College of the Healing Arts, in beautiful Portland, Oregon and graduated in March 2009 with over 900 hours of study. I have also furthered my studies with Allison Lurie at Baan Jai Center for Thai Massage and Education and received Pre- and Perinatal Certification with Michele Kolakowski through BodyTherapy Associates. 

Integrating modalities such as relaxing Swedish strokes, therapeutic Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release, I customize a massage designed to find relief and balance for every individual.

I draw upon skills and knowledge to provide relief of many common symptoms of pregnancy, helping to ease the transitions of motherhood and prepare for labor, delivery, and the care of a newborn.

Thai massage, also referred to as "Asian Deep Tissue" or "Passive Yoga", is performed on a mat with the client remaining clothed. This modality combines massage, stretching, and Sen energy work to provide deeply effective treatments.
