Nancy Xiong

Hello, my name is Nancy. I was certified as a therapist in 2013, and have been massaging since 2011. 

Fortunately for me, my love for massage started from a young age. I started massaging my parents and grandparents as a way to help with knots and muscle tension. If i ever had stomach issues, instead of taking medication i was given an abdominal massage to relieve the pain. 

My pressure is generally a medium firm pressure. I enjoy giving deep pressure but i also provide light firm pressure as well.

I believe that the more aware you become of your body the happier you will allow yourself to be. Knowing what the body needs, likes and dislikes will give you an insight into how you have been treating yourself and what changes you may need to make to keep your body at it's best.
