I have been practicing Massage Therapy techniques for 20 years. My practice is based on creating change in the fascial system to ease chronic pain, relieve restrictions and to create mobility. Clients wear sports bra and shorts as I do not use a top sheet to access areas that are not typically worked on as getting to the source of the restriction is imperative. The work can be uncomfortable, but effective.
