I've been a Massage Therapist since 2001.  I have worked in both office and factory settings and am familiar with the abuse your body goes through on a daily basis.  I combine a variety of techniques in each massage to fit your needs.  Massage is helpful in stress relief, chronic pain, healing from an injury or recovery from surgery. We will work together to develop a plan to keep the pain at bay while trying to return your muscles and joints to proper balance and function.
