I strongly believe in the healing power of massage and I chose to study massage so that I can offer these benefits to my clients.  I offer therapeutic wellness massage for natural relaxation and for the relief of muscular pain.  Each massage is unique, adjusted and tailored to your individual needs at the time.  A variety of massage techniques are integrated, which may include long gliding strokes, kneading, friction and deep slower strokes.  Rocking, compression, light stretching and aromatherapy may be used to promote further relaxation.
