Melinda's Mindful Minutes primary heart is to help others discover the secrets of relaxation, attain physical rejuvenation, and gain emotional balance & well being.  It is my creed to nurture mental clarity and relaxation of body, mind and spirit through massage.  My goal is to be mindful of your minutes so you will become mindful of them as well.  Melinda's Mindful Minutes purpose is to atomize (wash away) the stress of daily life and introduce Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy and Mindfulness as growing tools to be used in our everyday lives.
