I specialize in easing nagging pains that won't go away. My primary goal during a session is not only to ease a client's pain, but to discover the root causes of that pain and then give the client tools that will help to prevent their pain from returning in the future.
Unlike traditional massage, it is not necessary to disrobe, but you will need to wear comfortable clothing. You will be lying on a massage table and/ or sitting in a massage chair. It is also likely that I will ask you to perform some light stretching and move around a bit.
