I have over 20 years of professional bodywork experience at some of the finest spas in the Hudson Valley.  I am a 2004 graduate of The Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy and a Certified Level member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).  I regularly advance my skills with continuing education. I am available for On Site massage in most of Ulster County, Sullivan County, and Orange County.

Services and Rates

Swedish/Traditional/Therapeutic/Relaxation Massage

The classic full body massage using light to medium pressure.  Helps to soothe muscular tension, enhance circulation and promote overall relaxation.

45, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minute session.

Deep Tissue Massage

This therapeutic technique helps to release pain and tension using slow deep pressure across the muscles.

45, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minute session.

Shiatsu

Traditional Japanese massage utilizing meridians and finger point pressure to realign the body's natural flow of Qi or energy.  Stretching and some light effleurage will also be used to help increase circulation.  Shiatsu is performed with client fully clothed.  Loose fitting, comfortable clothing should be worn.

45 or 60 minute session.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women and is designed to enhance lower back comfort, relieve hip, leg, and foot tension, and promote a sense of well-being. During a Pregnancy Massage you are kept comfortable with pillows to support you in a side-lying position which prevents putting pressure on the abdomen. Must be in second or third trimester.

60 or 75 minute session.

Reflexology

This Oriental technique targets pressure points on the feet, hands, and head that relate to specific areas of the body.  Helps to stimulate circulation, increase energy flow and promote an overall sense of well-being.

45 minute session.

or

20 minutes of reflexology added to another 45, 60, 75, or 90 minute massage session for an additional $25.

Hot Stone Massage

The application of heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points in the body.  The moist heat helps create sensations of comfort and warmth.  The heated stones are placed on the body and used throughout the session to help melt away tension and stress.  For an On Site session, clean running water and access to 120 volt outlet within 3 feet of set up is required.

Hot Stone can be included with a 60, 75, 90 or 120 minute Swedish or Deep Tissue session for an additional $30.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy can be included in any session for an additional $10.

Please let me know when booking that you would like aromatherapy so I know to bring the oils. My standard products are Biotone Pure Touch Organics and Nutri-Naturals unscented cremes.

Please note, if you smoke in your home (or the place you want me to come to for a massage service), please do not contact me, I am not the therapist for you.

*additional $5 fee for every (up to) 5 miles of travel to areas further than 25 miles outside of my usual travel area.

*additional $10 fee if the location is above a 1st floor with no elevator (per floor).

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is a type of seated massage. Targets the back, neck, shoulders, and arms. Great for larger groups, parties, and events as clients remain fully clothed and are seated in a specially designed, supportive massage chair. Can be 10-20 minutes per person depending on the size of the gathering. Prices vary depending on duration. Please contact me for pricing and availability.

Healthy Rewards: purchase 6 sessions of:

45 minutes, get $30 off the 7th session.

60 or 75 minutes and get $40 off the 7th session.

Refer a Friend: Receive $10 off your next session when a new client receives a session and states they were referred by you.

All sessions are customized to the clients needs.

On Site pricing are for services within 25 miles of my home base in Napanoch, NY (additional travel fee for areas outside this coverage as noted above).

Payment is expected at time of service.

Payment can be made by cash, check (local only), or Zelle.

Gift Certificates are available.

Here's the fine print: Multiple discounts may not be combined; only one discount may be used per person/per session.  The Location discount will only apply to concurrent sessions.  The Location discount does not apply to chair massage pricing.  Healthy Rewards discount only applies to/for identical services.  The Healthy Rewards discount is applied to the full service price; no other discount or offer can be used with or applied to the Healthy Rewards discount. Only full priced serices will apply towards the Healthy Rewards tally. The Healthy Rewards tally will reset after 6 months of inactivity/no appointments booked and paid. Discounts/cards are non-transferrable and will include a use by/expiration date.  Discounts/cards may only be used for their intended purpose and are not redeemable for cash. Discounts are applied at the practitioner's discretion and can be discontinued without notice or denied at the practitioner's discretion.

Advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  Please call as soon as possible if there is an emergency or scheduling conflict.
