Lindsay Bodo

Lindsay Newman LMT provides a truly healing hands on bodywork experience. Successfully running her private practice since 2009, she's continuously improving her assessment skills.  It is Lindsay's belief that each session is about you and your comfort.  Her touch is light and precise as she actively engages deep restrictions, facilitationg your unwinding process as you release the tension lingering from old traumas or recent incidents alike. Her studio is dedicated safe space and provides the perfect enviroment for this sometimes potently emotional work.  Sessions with Lindsay focus on seeing to your comfort and connecting with your own "inner physician" as she uses a loving touch and a diversity of skills to support you along your healing journey, in what ever way you are ready to shift into more optimal health. 

Lindsay is excited to learn about you and your unique wellness needs and become part of your superior team of care providers.  She is always happy to happy provide free consultation and referrals as appropriate.  Lindsay is passionate about her work, and routinely invests in continuing education to better refine her capacity to serve your unique needs.  She is well connected in the hands on healing community.

To date she has studied:

• Thai Yoga Massage
• Thai Acupressure for Orthopedic Conditions
• Scar Tissue Release
• Visceral Manipulation per the Barral Institute - levels VM1 & 2 so far, looking forward to 3 and 4 in 2015!

Lindsay also continues her refinement of skill with local study groups and seminars on a bi-monthly basis, and of course, loves sharing these ever refining skills with her loyal clients and new referrals alike :)
