I am a massage therapist, licensed in New York and Connecticut and certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. My education and trainings are provided and I endeavor to continue learning and acquiring new skills. I listen carefully to each client, observe postural alignment, ease or restriction of movement. I then incorporate styles and techniques for your individual needs. I am encouraged and grateful for each client experience and look forward to working with you to ease discomfort, foster greater balance and liberate a healthy expression of yourself. Massage is a restorative therapy for your body, mind and spirit and it is a vital component of an integrated wellness program.
I am also certified as a Health Coach, Yoga instructor, Reiki and Qi Gong practitioner, and Ayurvedic massage therapist. It is my pleasure to work with each of you.
