Lauren Ann Hess

Lauren graduated from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy in 1986.  Since then she has taken extensive continuing education in Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy, as well as studying Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage.  She has worked in a wide variety of settings - health clubs, yoga schools, senior centers, spas and in private practice - and on a wide variety of people - professional athletes and musicians, pregnant women, those recovering from auto and other injuries, the elderly, harried business professionals, weekend warriors, and children and babies.

Lauren has studied yoga since l983 and taught Iyengar-style yoga since 1992.  She is an A.C.E. - certified personal trainer and loves helping people become healthier and stronger through bodywork, energy work and yoga and exercise.  She practices in Denver and Clear Creek Country
