Laura Hays

Laura has been practicing integrative bodywork since 1985. She is a Certified Zero Balancer, Registered Polarity Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, and Registered Somatic Movement Therapist. Laura brings a deep respect for the sacredness of the healing journey, healthy relationship, loving touch, and creative expression to her work. Her facilitation style emphasizes presence, engagement, self-responsibility, embodiment, and authenticity as foundational to healing. Drawing from all her studies Laura uses the body as a doorway to both inner and outer worlds. She enjoys working interactively with clients to integrate body, mind, and emotions within a spiritual and energetic context.
