Josie Dehnhoff

Hi, I'm Josie, I have been a massage therapist for six years, and I hope for many more years of continued practice. I have had a passion for bodywork and developing palpation skills since I was a child. My early interest has allowed my work to evolve into an intuiton-led experience, therefore, no massage is ever the same. Although I am trained in many modalities, I primarily combine myofasical release, deep tisue, lymphatic, passive range of motion, and sports massage to provide a service that is truly unique and tailored to each individual client. If or when a client's progress seems to stall, I enjoy adapting my approach in search of results. My ultimate goal as a practitioner is to enhance quality of life in multiple areas, such as stress relief, injury recovery, or pain management.
