I am truly blessed to be doing massage and yoga. I have been doing massage since 2004, and became a RYT2oo certified yoga instructor in March 2017.Receiving/doing these practices has changed my life, and I hope they help yours. I primarily do injury recovery/medical massage, but I do relaxation as well, having had 4 years of spa experience....I try to pamper you even if it is therapeutic. I do a lot of myofascial release in most massages, using less oil. I do have a lot of other tools to bring to the table, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, deep tissue, anatomy trains myofascial training, and PNF. PNF is one of my favorites. It "talks" to the nerves controlling the muscles that wont release and guides them to do so. You can gain range of motion (might be a millimeter might be inches) very quickly, sometimes immediately.
