Kim Krost is a native of San Antonio Texas and owner of the Integrative Healing Institute®. Established in 2002, this unique wellness center provides a peaceful, uplifting environment for a wide variety of therapeutic practitioners. The Institute has an extensive inventory of natural products and massage supplies and also offers wellness classes for the general public and healthcare professionals As a Registered Aromatherapist® Kim has researched and developed over 50 natural products that are sold under the Integrative Healing Institute trademark including Cedar X their most popular allergy product.She is a licensed massage therapist and massage therapy instructor teaching a variety of wellness classes. In addition to management of the Institute she has maintained a holistic bodywork practice since 1999 using Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Reflexology and Natural Reflex Therapy®, a technique she co-created that helps to balance endocrine system function in the body.
