Kate Long

Kate graduated from The College of Massage Therapy and Bingham Memorial Hospital in 2011. Training in a clinical setting gives her an edge on addressing chronic pain patterns in the body. Her style is both targeted and holistic. Kate often incorporates aromatherapy and hot towels to offer muscle relief and oxygenation. She utilizes kinesio-tape with her clients to provide support, reduce swelling and add lasting relief. She believes that "massage therapy an incredibly effective way to help people function in their daily lives."
