Kate Hollister

Kate Hollister is a licensed massage therapist with a well-developed and highly evolved touch. Specializing in deep tissue massage, Kate excels in working with injuries as well as providing a therapeutic, but non-invasive massage that allows clients to relax. Continuing education in Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki provide the foundation for a practice integrating therapeutic massage with energetic healing.

Her treatment style is focused on delivering an effective massage that includes both deep tissue work and relaxation to her clients. Having a Medical Massage Therapy Degree and becoming Nationally Certified in 2004, Kate has worked and trained on both coasts of the US and developed training cirriculums for massage therapy students in an academic environment.

Now the owner of The Spring Wellness Center in Old Saybrook, CT, Kate Hollister is taking her passion for healing and client servic to a higher level providing a safe, nurturing and luxurious experience to everyone who enters The Spring.
