Karla Quello, owner of Q Bodyworks, is a graduate of the Swedish Institute, as well as, 15 years of experience as a massage therapist.  Karla has studied Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes for 7 years and knew she had to share this powerful work with the relief she felt with 17 years of chronic neck and shoulder pain.  She is an advocate for people to live their best lives by being free and self-expressed in their bodies.
