Kaitlin Lindquist

My name is Kaitlin, and I am a massage therapy professional as well as a yoga instructor, and I have a passion for helping people. I use techniques such as Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep tissue and Neuromuscular work to support you in healing from injuries and chronic pain. I also have training in Reiki, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Hatha Yoga. My work has been regarded as having excellent flow and great relaxation benefits, as well as excellent therapeutic results. 

I currently work out of my studio in Downtown Renton where I accept PIP, L&I, Cigna and Aetna insurance as well as cash payments for massage. Package deals are also available if you're looking to start a wellness routine.
