My delight is to support both women and men during intense life transitions, and to help them transform from the person they were taught to be, to who they truly are.  I use heart centered presence to stay open to the challenges of life and to melt stuck places.  I endeavor to find places of joy and ease, as well as a willing acceptance of sorrow and pain.  I also am a Certified Somatic Experiencing, Trauma work, Practitioner.
