John Preston

I have been working as a massage therapist since 2011, specializing in deep tissue postural and sports massage, though I use a variety of techniques and modalities, including lighter craniosacral and relaxation massage. I have extensive experience with Indiana University Swimming and Diving, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Cross Country, and Track and Field athletes and teams. Through Indy Sports Massage, I have worked with the Indianapolis Colts and Pacers. Over time, much of my focus has been with collegiate and professional Olympic Swimmers and Divers in Bloomington, Indiana, and I have been a Team USA massage therapist since 2016 for USA Swimming, working many Olympic and World Championship Trials and professional meets. Though I do a lot of college and professional sports massage, I enjoy working with many musicians, weekend athletes, triathletes, and the general population as well. It's been exciting and rewarding to work with many athletes from other countries, and people from diverse backgrounds, and all are welcome.
