Welcome! I am committed to meeting your needs and goals with the highest quality bodywork. I have over 20 years experience in a wide variety of modalities. From deep tissue to the subtlest energy work, together we can work to address a wide range of issues. In addition to being a licensed Massage therapist (MT2918), I am a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner by the American Polarity Therapy Association. I'm also trained in CranialSacral therapy by the Upledger Institute. Sessions often include deep tissue, neuromuscular, reflexology, myofascial as well as Swedish, polarity and CranialSacral.
I have also been teaching massage and bodywork at Spatech Institute since 1999.
