I am a certified health coach,as well as a licensed massage therapist who helps you stay motivated and focused on achieving your health goals, by working with you to create a personalized plan and establish steps to achieve your specific health goals. Which might include; weight loss or management, reduce and manage stress, learn healthy eating habits that taste great, sleep better, ease muscle tension and help manage pain.
