My independent practice, Massage-to-Health, LLC, is located in the Golden Well Being Collective on Golden's "Main Street", Washington Avenue, on the east side of the "Welcome to Golden" arch.
I primarily specialize in the relief of painful conditions of the back, shoulders, neck and hips which can be solved with massage therapy techniques. I first work to identify the nature of the problem(s) and then integrate techinques that should be the most effective at solving those problems. I have built my practice around providing pain and muscle tension relief to my clients.
