My pressure range is available from Deep aggressive direct focused therapeutic styles to Light gentile fluid Swedish relaxation style. I enjoy and have a crazy passion for massage, Prenatal, Relaxation, Sports and Deep tissue have always topped my list. Often I find my medium pressure paired with a more aggressive technique will provide relaxtion while reducing muscle tension. I call this therapeutic swedish a balance of both worlds.

Swedish- working at most with deep pressure on the top two muscle layers of the body. Soothing, relaxing and calming.

Therapeutic Swedish - Reduce tension in the top two muscle layers, at a deep pressure reducing trigger points and other knots; but leaveing the deepest muscle layer and aggressive work for another day. Allowing the client to relax and enjoy the session, without pain adding to the discomfort or having to worry about aftercare. Each session working to reduce the chronic muscle tissue issue on the 3rd layer & ligament to tendon attachmetn. Progress is noticable but slow with chronic issues persisting because of a slight loss of progress between sessions.

Deep Tissue-working in to the 3rd layer & ligament to tendon attachment

(deepest muscle tissue = Deep tissue) layer of the body. Employing stretches, trigger point, active release and myofascial techniques. This aggressive style allows more noticesable results in a shorter amount of time. Mild pain is often described as a "hurts so good" type of pain. Once a week for 4-6 weeks at this style and technique usually show lasting results in a shorter amout of time. Depending on the client perticapation in after care, self-care tips and stretching routines (homework) suggestions given by the massage therapist to help before, during and inbetween the massage session.

Active Release is a massage technique that uses pressure (similar to trigger point pressure) to pin the muscle at the attachment. Then the therapist (uses passive motion) to move the clients body through range of motion; to stretch the muscle. For the best results no helping or resisting from the client is needed! Best help the client could be, for the Massage therapist, is to lay on the massage table like cooked pasta and they will ensure you are not Al dente! (under cooked).

Akashic Record Guided Meditation Massage - The therapist acesses your akashic records; usually by asking a few easy question like your fave nature or vacation spot, and use that acesses to relax your muscles. You can ask questions or recieve a guided meditation (think mental feild trip) while they eas your tension and stress away with massage.

About the Therapist:

I'm a Colorado native, I enjoy hot springs, camping, biking, swiming, painting, time in nature, dining out, movies and I aspire to be a stand up comedian. I'm a Disney kid in an adult body, currntly obsessed with disney cruises! I have a cat named Asher and my last vacation was a Disney Cruise (my first cruise) with my Sister, neice, nephew and brother-in-law. I create empowerment necklaces using semi prectious crystals and gem stones to help people through lifes challenges.

I spent the last 10 years in the High rockie mountains at destination and ski resorts gaining experience and refining my relaxation and perfecting my deep tissue skills. Random acts of kindness and walking on my parents backs; to help ease their back pain, is where my massage roots took hold. I graduated massage school (2004) with a passion for helping improve the quality of life through relaxation and therapeutic massage. Providing tips and tricks to improve your time on the massage table as well as off. Suggesting stretches, guided meditation, journaling prompts and breathing routines to help ease the chronic tension of life. Have me visit once a month or more and we will work together to create the tension free life you want.
