Jennifer McGhee

Jennifer grew up in Mt.Vernon, She was a 2000 graduate of MVTHS and a 2003 graduate of the Rend Lake College Therapeutic Massage program. She worked 3 years perfecting the spa massage at ARC day spa in Mt.Vernon, she then spent over a year practicing in Salem at Practical Magic Day Spa where she met the owner of Stress Knot Massage of Mt.Vernon. She spent 6 years working at Stress knot where she learned to incorporate deep tissue targeted techniques with her spa massage. Beginning January 2014 she has opened her own private massage practice. She will continue to provide personalized massage services while being able to stay flexible to tend to her family and small children
