I attended the Oregon School of Massage and received my massage license in 1998. I use Swedish, shiatsu, trigger point and myofascial release techniques to facilitate healing. I believe that each one of us has the necessary resources to be healthy, and massage can both maintain and further that health. I'd love to work with you!
