I began my journey as a massage therapist in 1997 and I absolutely love helping people relax, unwind, and to feel and function at their best.

Massage doesn't have to hurt to work! If you are tensing up because the massage pressure is too strong, the surface muscles will be contracted, and the practitioner won't be able to melt into the tissues for proper release. Using a pressure that's at a slower pace, and more comfortable for the patient, encourages the tissues to respond and release while creating a more relaxing experience. Even trigger point therapy doesn't have to be painful. Jeanette uses a more tolerable three-phase ischemic compression method that will help soften adhesions, relieve areas of tension, and leave you feeling much better and more relaxed than when you arrived!
