As a pain relief specialist, I am one of only 25 therapists in the U.S. with Advanced Training in Muscle Release Technique(sm). I have over 600 hours of continuing education in advanced neuromuscular training and have studied with the top educators in many modalities: Active Isolated Stretching, Neuromuscular Re-education, Orthopedic Massage, Therapeutic Stretching, and Muscle Release Technique(sm).
Nationally certified by the NCBTMB, I am an honors graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in secondary education in the field of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. My background includes over 30 years at the National/Elite level of gymnastics as a competitor, coach, choreographer, and judge.
